Fred Egli, Jr.

Bartow - Fred Egli, Jr., age 90, passed away Friday, July 17, 2026. He was born April 12,1936 in Tipp City, OH to Fred & Anna Egli, Sr. Fred was a Veteran in the US Army. He was a Personnel Payroll Coordinator for the Polk County Clerk of Courts. Fred was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Bartow, and a past member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church of Bartow. He was a former President of Bartow Lion's Club and former Chaplain of the Bartow Volunteer Fire Department. Fred is survived by his wife Marlene "Molly" Egli of Bartow, son Brent Egli & daughter-in-law Lindsay of Honea Path, SC, grandchildren Gemma, Emmylou, & Maggie, and sister Brenda A. Stahl of Atlanta, GA.  Family will receive friends Friday, July 24, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at First Presbyterian Church, 355 S Florida Ave in Bartow, FL.
