Fred Joseph Adams

Bartow - Fred Joseph Adams, age 90, passed away February 17, 2024 at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center in Lakeland. He was born July 22, 1933 in Esto, FL. Fred loved singing and listening to gospel music, fishing and traveling, but above all else, Fred enjoyed spending time with his family and his church family. He is predeceased by his wives' Paula B. Adams and Brenda M. Adams, two brothers, and three sisters. Survivors include his daughters, Patricia M. Wilkins of Bartow and Dawn M. Creech (Mike) of Bartow; sons, Tim J. Adams (Wendy) of Bartow and Kevin L. Adams (Christy) of Lakeland; sister, Ruth Lewis (Carl) of Lake Wales, as well as 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Christian Home Free Will Baptist Church, in Bartow. Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 6:00 PM at Christian Home Free Will Baptist.
