Frawline Guffey

Frawline Guffey, age 89, passed away Monday, April 4, 2016 in Bartow. Born October 6, 1926 in Arab, AL, she was the daughter of the late William and Ivella Maze. Mrs. Guffey formerly worked for Bordo Citrus Products in Winter Haven. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by three children: Larry Guffey, Sandra Richardson, Linda Messner, and her former husband, Jerry B. Guffey, Jr. She is survived by a loving family that includes three children: Kenneth Guffey of Winter Haven, Bobbie Bohannon (Tommy) of Lake Wales, Connie Adcock (Drew) of Homeland, and three siblings: Roger Maze of Coleman, AL, Nell Johnson of Eagle Lake, and Reba Jacobs of Lake Wales. She also leaves behind 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 15 great great grandchildren. A graveside service will held Friday at 2:30 pm at Rolling Hills Cemetery in Winter Haven.
