Wauchula - Frank H. Vaughn, age 83, passed away on August 6, 2026, at Vivo Healthcare Wauchula. He was born on November 5, 1942, in Sturgeon Bay, WI. He was a Mine Foreman for I.M.C.. He enjoyed hunting ,mullet fishing, camping, and spending time with family & friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn Vaughn, sons Denny Bo Vaughn & Freddy Barwick and daughter Linda Counts. He is survived by his daughters Janet Helms and husband Jonathan of Frostproof & Joann Welch of Bartow, son James Vaughn of Frostproof, brother Bobby Vaughn and wife Brenda of Fort Meade, sister Sharon Burchett of New Port Richey, grandchildren Tyler, Devan, Nathan , Tiffany, Layla, Kenzie, Joseph, Kelsey & Evelyn, and great grandchildren La-Koby, Layaha and Layanna. Family will receive friends Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Homeland Cemetery, Homeland.
