Bartow - Frances "Kay" Turner, age 76, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2024. She was born December 3, 1947 in Bartow, FL to Luther & Barbara Hancock, She was a founding member of Florida Transport Service. She was preceded in death by her husband James Turner. Kay is survived by her son Sean McDougald & wife Vicki of Homeland, daughter Tracy Sackett & husband Rick of Lakeland, brother Luke Hancock and four grandchildren.
