Faye D. Gardner

Faye D. Gardner, age 75, went home to be with her Lord from A.L.S. at her home in Bartow on Tuesday, August 26, 2014. Born April 27, 1939 in Atlanta, GA, she was the daughter of the late Lehman C. and Virginia Denmark. Faye was a longtime Bartow resident and attended the First Presbyterian Church of Bartow. Mrs. Gardner was the Senior Regional Vice President of Party Lite, where she worked for over 20 years. She is survived by a loving family that includes her husband of 30 years, James Gardner of Bartow, her children: Miriam Allen (Kraig) of Bartow, Mark Dean (Ronda) of Pine Island, her step sons: Mark Gardner and Michael Gardner of Dallas, TX, her siblings: Barbara Graham (Jim) of Orlando, Jenny Mathis (Doug) of Fayetteville, GA, and Wallace Denmark (Denise) of Stockbridge, GA. Faye also leaves behind four grandchildren and one great grandchild. The family will receiver friends Saturday, August 30, 2014 from 2 PM to 3 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Barotw. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 PM at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the A.L.S. Association of Florida, 3242 Parkside Center Circle, Tampa, FL 32619
