Ester Dunoga Kersey

Ester Dunoga Kersey 71 of Bartow passed away December 3. 2010 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale. Born in Loang Samar, Philipines she moved to Bartow in 1985 from Kansas City, Missouri. Ester was a homemaker and of the Catholic Faith. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and fishing with her husband Earl. A loving mother and grandmother she will be missed. Ester was preceded in death by her husband Earl Kersey. She is survived by two daughters Herminia "Brandy" Brewster and husband Jon of Bartow and Josephine "Josie" Wunder of Oregon; two sons Richard Stover and wife Leann of Bartow and William Stover and wife Nicholina of Tampa; eleven grandchildren Shawn Cowart, Sabrina Cowart, Michelle Booth, Christopher Brewster, Clayton Nichols, Emma Hays, Cecelia Stover, Brittany Rimes, Tristen Stover, Alyssa Stover and Trinity Stover; six great great grandchildren. A visitation was held Monday December 6, 2010 from 1-2pm with services starting at 2pm at the Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow.
