Erma L. Tisdale

Mrs. Erma L Tisdale, age 76, died Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at Dove Health Care in Lake Wales. Born November 17, 1931 in Lehigh, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Laura Austin. Mrs. Tisdale was a caregiver working for the Helping Hands organization for many years. She was also a member of Miracle Tabernacle of Auburndale. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Boyer (Michael) of Bartow, son, Ronnie Tisdale, Sr. (Emma) of Lake Wales, two sisters; Darlene Watkins of Arkansas, Glenna Schwartz of Ohio, and a brother, Tom Austin also of Ohio. She also leaves behind three grandchildren; Angelica Day, Ronnie Tisdale, Jr., John Boyer, and five great grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Whidden-McLean Funeral Home 650 East Main Street in Bartow where family will receive friends Thursday from 6 PM to 8 PM. Funeral Services will be Friday at Miracle Tabernacle of Auburndale at 11:00 AM.
