Ella May Mccabe

Ella McCabe, age 87, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, September 6, 2018.  Born on July 19, 1931 in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, Ella was a resident of Bartow  since 1973, she was a loving; wife, mother, grandmother and sister who enjoyed the time spent with family and friends. She was a long time member of; Lake Garfield Baptist Church in Bartow. She worked as a waitress for Red Lobster Restaurant and retired after many years of loyal and dedicated service. She had spunk! She lived life to the fullest and was always on the go. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert, and her son's Steven and Randall. She is survived by her Daughter, Pamela Horne, of Winter Haven, FL, sister, Stella Nixon, Bartow, FL, grandchildren, Wendi Cummings, Crystal Hamilton and April Horne. Great grandchildren, Curtis Moyer, Phillip Moyer,  Kiara Hamilton,  Jonathan Waters,  Keylee Waters, Addyson Simmons many nieces, nephews family and friends. Family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00A.M.at Whidden-McLean Funeral on Monday September 10, 2018, Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 A.M. She touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed by all.
