Elizabeth Phillips Milligan

Elizabeth Phillips Milligan, age 76, passed away Friday, January 19, 2018 in Lakeland. Born January 6, 1942 in Bartow, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy Phillips. Elizabeth was a member of the A.R.P. Church of Bartow. She was also an educator, teaching preschool and elementary education for many years. Along with her parents, Elizabeth is preceded in death by her sister Judy Phillips in 2012. She is survived by a loving family that includes her children: Donald Milligan (Amelia) of Brandon, Tracy Skeen (Phil) of Lakeland, her siblings: Joe Phillips (Lois) of Queensbury, NY, Virginia Hayes of Bartow, and Linda Miller (Jerry) of Sun City Center. She also leaves behind her grandsons: Chad Skeen, Cole Skeen, and five nieces. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 24th from 10am to 11am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am at the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Camp Joy of Florida, c/o Christian Education Ministries 918 S.
