Elizabeth E. "Libby" Keegan

Elizabeth E. "Libby" Keegan, 83, of Tampa passed away September 8, 2017. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Jim Keegan. Jim and Libby owned and operated a BCT in Tampa for many years. Libby was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to all. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Libby had a great sense of humor and an infectious laugh. Libby is survived by her sister, Retta Brock, of Lakeland; along with many nieces, nephews, and friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 23, 2017, 2:00 pm at the Deliverance Tabernacle, 808 West Grant Street, Plant City, FL 33563. Donations may be made in Libby’s name to Hospice.
