Elizabeth Ann Ellis

Bartow- Elizabeth Ann Ellis, 82 of died on Tuesday, May 24, 2011, in Lakeland of respiratory failure. Born July 26, 1928 in Indianapolis, IN, to Ralph and Anna Tollan, Mrs.Ellis has been a longtime resident of Polk County. She was a sales clerk for the Family Dollar Stores in Bartow for over twenty years. She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Ellis. She is survived by three sons, James Ellis & wife Lena; Ray Ellis & wife Jean; Joe Ellis & wife Becky, all of Bartow; daughter: Anna Ellis Peachee of Lakeland; 5 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends 6-8 pm, Thursday, May 26, 2011 at Whidden-Mclean Funeral Home, 650 E. Main St, Bartow. Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, 10:00 am at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow.
