Edwin Seger

Bartow - Edwin Seger, age 83, passed away January 4, 2024, at Lakeland Regional Health and Medical Center. He was born on January 27, 1940, in Bartow, FL. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator and was the owner of Fast Flight Archery. He was preceded in death by his parents Laura Seger & H.L. Seger and brother Tommy Seger. He is survived by a loving family that includes his wife Patricia Seger of Bartow, daughters Lynn Robinson (Daniel) of Bartow, Laura Fordham (Steven) of Rincon, GA, Catherine Vautier of Crawfordville & Leslie Kinder (Jim) of Winter Haven, sons Lamar Seger (Lisa) of Bartow & Lewis Seger, II of Bartow, sisters Margaret Gandy (Frank) of Bartow & Barbara Daniels (Wendell) of Bartow, brother Leon Seger (Gail) of Bartow, 31 grandchildren 27 great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. Family will receive friends Tuesday, January 9, 2024, from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Lake Garfield Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 6:00 PM at Lake Garfield Baptist Church. Family will receive friends Wednesday , January 10, 2024, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. The interment will follow at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow.
