Earold Roscoe Wren

Cordesville, SC - Earold Roscoe Wren, Sr., age 90, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Savannah Court Assisted Living Facility in Bartow, FL. Born March 22, 1923 in Moncks Corner, SC, Mr. Wren was a resident of Cordesville for many years. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was a Roadmaster for Seaboard Coastline Railroad. He was preceded in death by his wife Mattie Catherine Wren. Mr. Wren was survived by a son: Earold R. (Rock) Wren, Jr. (Lynn) of Bartow, FL; two granddaughters: Dana Wiltrout of Bartow & Brooke Jessee (Robby) of Tallahassee FL; four great grandchildren: Layne, Tucker, Wyatt, & Wren. Funeral service will be held Saturday at 2:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church in Bethera, SC. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 PM to 2 PM. Interment will be held at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Bethera, SC.
