Earle Miller

Mr. Seaborn Earle Miller, age 79, passed away Wed. Feb. 7, 2007, from heart failure, at Rohr Nursing Home in Bartow. He was born in Valdosta, GA on March 15, 1927, and moved to Bartow from St. Petersburg in 1940. Mr. Miller was the manager of Data Processing at W. R. Grace & Co. for 37 years. He was a graduate of Summerlin Institute, class of 1945, and attended Fla. Southern College. He served in the U.S. Army and was also a member of First Baptist Church of Bartow. Mr. Miller was an avid fisherman of both fresh and saltwater. He is preceded in death by his son, Ross Miller. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Sally Miller, Bartow, Son,Mike Miller of Eagle Lake, sister, Mae Chasteen of Orlando, Brother, Gene Miller of Bartow, and four grandchildren, who refer to him as "G-Daddy." Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 9, 2007 from 6 to 8 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, in Bartow. Services will be Sat., Feb. 10, 2007 at 10:00 AM.
