Earl D. Hart

Mr. Earl D. Hart, Sr. age 82, died Monday, January 12, 2009 from Parkinson's Disease at the Rohr Home in Bartow. Born September, 14, 1926 in Baltimore, MD, Mr. Hart was the son of the late Harry A. and Carry Hart. Mr. Hart was an accountant for Continental Can Company. He belonged to First Baptist Church of Alturas and also served as a volunteer at Alturas Elementary School. Mr. Hart was an Army Veteran of WWII. Mr. Hart is survived by his wife of 55 years, Dorothy W. Hart of Bartow, three sons; Earl D. Hart, Jr. of Fayetteville, NC, Michael Allen Hart of West Chester, PA, William H. Hart also of Bartow, and one step son Edward John Murray of Cumberland, MD. Memorial services will be held Saturday February 7th at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Alturas 7690 Poinsettia Ave. in Alturas. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Alturas Building Fund 7690 Poinsettia Ave. Bartow, FL 33830.
