Eady Bell Beasley

Eady Bell Beasley, age 95, a longtime resident of Bartow, passed away January 25, 2011, at the Collinsville Health Care Center in Collinsville, AL. Born February 11, 1915 in Tarrytown, GA, she moved to Bartow in 1937. Mrs Beasley had been living in Fort Payne, AL four years with family. She was a sectionizer with Ben Hill Griffin Citrus for 14 years. She was a member of Wildwood Baptist Church; the Golden Age Club and a volunteer for the Rohr Nursing Home for several years. She is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, C. A. Quillie Beasley. She is survived by five sons: Raymond Beasley & wife Nancy of Babson Park; John Beasley & wife Pat of Fort Payne, AL; Robert Beasley & wife Betty of Demerest, GA; Danny Beasley of Georgetown, GA; Don Beasley & wife Carmon of El Paso, TX; 11 Grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren & 2 great great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Sunday, January 30, 2011, 4-6 pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral services will be held Monday, 10:00 am at the funeral home, Interment will be at Bartow Wildwood Cemetery.
