Dorothy E. Helms

Dorothy E. Helms, age 93, died Saturday July 19, 2008 in Bartow. A native of Darlington, FL, Mrs Helms came to Bartow 16 years ago from Defuniak Springs. Mrs. Helms was a homemaker. She is survived by her son Hugh Pryor and wife Glenda of Bartow, a sister Annie Pearl Balkom of Panama City, three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow where family will receive friends Tuesday July 22, 2008 from 10 to 11 AM. Services will follow at 11:00 AM.
