Dorothy W. Casadei

Dorothy W. "Nanny" Casadei, age 87, passed away from respiratory failure on Wednesday November 20, 2013 in Winter Haven. Born October 20, 1926 in Silver Springs, FL, she was the daughter of the late Thomas E. and Juanita W. Sullivan. Dorothy was a homemaker. She attended Abundant Life Ministires in Winter Haven. Dorothy is also preceded in death by her husband Aldo Casadei, and her son Dante Michael Casadei along with her siblings. She leaves behind her loving daughter, Geri Irons of Bartow, her granddaughter, Chrissy Irons of Lakeland, and her great granddaughter, Alli Rendell-Irons. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 25th from 6PM to 8PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral services will follow on Tuesday, November 26th at 11:00AM at the funeral home chapel.
