Doris Jean Hall

Doris Jean Hall, age 78, passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022. She was born August 12, 1943 in Dunn, NC to Connor Hillary "Red" Salmon & Mary Ethel Sills Salmon. Doris worked in retail sales. She was a member of Turning Point Worship Center in Bartow. She loved cooking, serving as an active member of her faith community and spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Victoria Bermea Cannefax; her two sons, Felix Bermea, III and David Bermea and four siblings, Charles Salmon, Jesse Salmon, James Salmon and Betty Saunders. She is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years, Ronald Hall of Bartow; daughter Nancy (Bill) Calvert of Falls Church, VA; daughter-in-law Char Bermea of Bartow; brother, John Salmon of Clearwater, FL; sister Priscilla "Kitty" (Bill) Ogburn of Clearwater, FL; two grandchildren, Daniel Carruthers of Chesapeake, VA and Isabella Cannefax (and father, Wayne) of Bartow, FL. She will always be loved by and missed by her in-laws and many neices and nephews. A Private Celebration of Doris's Life will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday, February 19, 2022 at the Rohr Home, 2120 Marshall Edwards Drive in Bartow, FL.
