Donald R. Luna

Donald R. Luna, age 67, passed away Monday, December 29, 2014 at his residence in Bartow of cancer. Born November 16, 1947 in Bartow, Mr. Luna was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a truck driver for Trans Phos, Inc. for twenty years. Mr. Luna was survived by his wife: Stella I. Luna of Bartow; two sons: Gary King, Maplesville, AL and Bryan King, Bartow; a daughter: Jessica Helms, Eagle Lake; four sisters: Shirley Currie, Lakeland, Brenda Whistin, Bartow, Vida Anderson, Lakeland and Debbie Geohagan, Winter Haven and seven grandchildren. Family will receive friends Saturday, January 3, 2015 from 1:00 - 2:00 P.M. at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, services will follow at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
