Donald "Don" Henderson

Donald "Don" Henderson, age 85, passed away January 9, 2024. He was born November 24, 1938 in Pahokee, FL to Francis & Ethel Henderson. Don was a veteran in the US Marine Corps. He was a Traffic Engineering for the Department of Transportation. He was a member of the United Community Church of Bartow. Don was a past president of the Jaycees, he volunteered for many years at the Sun'n Fun Airshow in Lakeland and he loved to hunt and fish. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Richard and Gene Henderson. Don is survived by his wife of 56 years Sharon Henderson of Bartow, daughter Stacey Logue (Leon) of Lakeland, son Derrick Henderson (Bethany Champion) of Nashville, TN, three brothers Lorenzo Henderson, Kenny Henderson, Harold "Butch" Henderson and two grandchildren Andrea & Alex Logue. The Family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Saturday, January 20, 2024 at United Community Church, 2301 Noralyn Mine Road in Bartow, FL.
