Dewey Thomas Meacham

Dewey Thomas Meacham, Jr. age 61, entered into eternal rest early Tuesday, March 10, 2015 in Winter Haven. Born December 6, 1953 in Bartow, he was the son of the late Dewey Meacham Sr. (2010) and Fay Meacham of Bartow. Dewey worked for many years in the phosphate industry as an electrician and instrument man. He was a member of the Church of God of Bartow. He is survived by his daughter Elizabeth Meacham of Waynesburg, PA, his mother Fay C. Meacham of Bartow, his siblings: Robert Meacham (Cynthia) of Fort Meade, Susan Acevedo of Orlando, Kayleigh Meacham of Bartow, and two grandchildren: Jordan and Shawn. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 15, 2015 from 4pm to 6pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral Services will follow on Monday, March 16th at 10:00am at the Church of God of Bartow, 1460 East Stuart Street in Bartow.
