Fort Meade- Devan Blake Parkus 16, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015. Devan was born October 27, 1999 in Bartow, FL, He was a Student as Gause Academy. Devan is survived by his mom Janet Vaughn and dad Paul Parkus. Two brothers Tyler Parkus & Ryan Simpson and five sisters Tiffany Parkus, Lynette Simpson, Beth Simpson, Erica Simpson & Jayla Simpson. Grandmother Paulette Simpson, grandfather Frank Vaughn, Grandparents Cleveland & Doris Parkus and step brother Nathan Helms. Memorial service will be held Thursday, November 19, 2015, at 3:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Fort Meade, 307 East Broadway in Fort Meade.
