Dessie T. Jones

Dessie T. (Thomas) Jones, age 84, of Bartow, Fla., died Wednesday, January 3, 2007, at Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow, FL. Jones was employed by Housing Authority of Bartow and was a member of Protestant. She is survived by her Three Daughters, Marilyn R. Green of Fairbanks, Ala., Linda Jones of Bayonne, N.J., Barbara Jones of Bayonne, N.J. Two Sons, Tommy Mills of Lake Wales, FL, Herbert Jones of Fort Meade, FL, Seven grandchildren, and One great-grandchild. Arrangements are being handled by McLean Funeral Home, 306 East Broadway, Fort Meade, FL, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, January 5, 2007. Funeral service will be at McLean Funeral Home at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 6, 2007 , Rev. David M. Rockness officiating. Interment will be at Lake Buffum Cemetery in Fort Meade, Fla.
