Dennis Carl Mitchell

Dennis Carl Mitchell, age 57, died Friday, September 24, 2010 in Lakeland. Born October 17, 1952 in Lancaster, NH, he was the son of the late Henry W. Mitchell and Audrey Townes Mitchell. Mr. Mitchell has lived in Charlotte, NC,Thorton, IL, Somerville, TN, Lakeland and in Bartow for the past 40 years. Mr. Mitchell had worked in the Citrus Industry, and Walt Disney where he was a welder and mechanic. Mr. Mitchell enjoyed surfing and fishing. He is survived by his mother Audrey, brother Timothy Mitchell of Bartow, sister Linda Mitchell Smith of Bartow, nephew Thomas H. Mitchell of Miami, and niece Lyndsy Mitchell of Winter Haven. A private family memorial service is planned for a later date.
