Winter Haven - Deborah Ann Mellen, age 57, passed away on February 9, 2025, at Winter Haven Hospital. She was born on Wednesday, January 24, 1968, in Troy, NY. She worked as a Produce Stocker for Winn Dixie. She enjoyed music, watching tv and playing her word search game. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters Ashley Kilpatrick & Stephanie Cooley, sister Patricia Boutwell, brother Thomas Mellen and grandchildren Kyro, Kiley , Kinsley & Kynadie.
