David Barnett Lyle

David B. Lyle, age 67, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026. He was born Wednesday, February 5, 1958 in Lakeland, FL to Clifford & Celeste Lyle. David was a Citrus Farmer. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Charles E. Brooks. David is survived by his daughter April Grimsby of Bartow, FL, son David Lyle (Suzanne) of Crestview, FL, brother Clinton D. Lyle (Donna), sister Amy Sanz (Troy) both of Bartow, FL, six grandchildren Teresa, Lyle, William, Melody, Alyssa and Julianne and his companion Laura Edwards. Family will receive friends Wednesday, February 4, 2026 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow, FL. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home. Burial will be held at Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow, FL.
