David Thomas Brown 74, outdoor angler, avid deer hunter, the perfect "Go-To" guy and a teacher of all life lessons went to be with the Lord after his battle with cancer on Wednesday, April, 29, 2015. Mr. Brown was born in Telfair County, GA and moved to Polk County 49 years ago. He enjoyed all aspects of life and many would say he was the definition of "Jack of all Trades". He enjoyed being a hard working gentlemen up until his last moments. He'd rather be driving his Heavy Equipment at Larson's Grading and paving almost more than he enjoyed fishing & hunting. He has gone to fish in God's big pond and waiting on the rest of his posse also know as friend & family. Wife Mary Brown, two daughters Wanda Earnest (Larson) & Debra Mann (Jeff), two sons W.D. Brown (Terri) & J.T. Brown. Sister Leora McIntyre, brother Dan Brown, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. Family will receive friends Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 10 - 11 am at True Vine Miracle Center, 8152 Cherokee Avenue in Bartow. Funeral service will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015, at 11:00 am at True Vine Miracle Center.
