Darlene Dawn Douberly

Darlene Dawn Douberly, age 80, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016 in Bartow. Born June 16, 1935 in Marquette, MI, she was the daughter of the late Urpo and Florence (Genore) Nevala. Mrs. Douberly was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by three husbands: Harold Anderson, Bill Ackers, Harry Douberly, and two sons: Wayne Anderson and Eddie Anderson. She is survived by three children: Christine Alwardt (Paul) of Germantown, TN, Willie Anderson (Vida) of Lakeland, and Nancy Wright (Mark) of Plant City. She also leaves behind her sister Alice Jean St. Aubin, along with five grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 24th from 1pm to 2pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm at the funeral home chapel.
