Bartow - Connie L. Cook, age 78, passed away on July 10, 2025, at Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow. She was born on July 30, 1946, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She was an Underwriting Assistant for State Farm. She enjoyed shopping, watching NASCAR and all things Elvis. She was preceded in death by her parents Orville and Marie (Sutter) Brightman and brother Ronnie Denning ( Margie) She is survived by her husband Jerry Cook of Bartow, children Dallas Cook (Kim Strayer) of Bartow, Billy Keene of Bartow, Dewayne Cook of Bartow & Kim Sweet of Bartow, grandchildren Deanna Sweet-Player ( Jonathan), Dannie Sweet & Ellie Cook, great grandchildren Gavin Player & Jaxson Player and brother Ricky French (Bonnie). Family will receive friends Sunday, July 13, 2025, from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral service will be held Monday, July 14, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Mt.
