Connie Lajean Akins

Connie Lajean Akins, age 57, passed away Thursday. December 10, 2015 in Lakeland. Born April 13, 1958 in Bartow, she was the daughter of the late Waymon and Helen Nason. Connie was a homemaker and a Baptist. Along with her parents, Connie is preceded in death by her brother Perry Nason. She is survived by a loving family that includes her husband, of 38 years, Randy Akins of Auburndale, her children: Jennifer Daniell and Crystal Akins both of Auburndale, James Hadden of Colorado, her brothers: Robert Nason of Winter Haven, Bruce Nason (Cheryll) of Lakeland, and four grandchildren: Destiny, Clay, Benjamin, and Lillian. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 14th at 11:00am at Oak Hill Burial Park in Lakeland.
