Clarinda Y. Blanc

Clarinda Y. Blanc, age 86, of Winter Haven, died Friday, February 11, 2011, at Life Care Center Of Winter Haven of cancer. Born July 28, 1924 in Eustis, FL, Mrs. Blanc has been a resident of Winter Haven for 12 years, moving from Bartow. She was an Administrative Assistant for the City of Bartow for several years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Winter Haven; the Bartow Cricket Club; Peace River Country Club; Almnon Association & the Bartow Women's Club. She was a Real Estate Associate in Bartow for several years. She is proceded in death by her husband: Carroll Blanc & daughter Patricia deJeagur. She is survived by three sons: Mike Blanc & wife Carol of Winter Haven; Charles Blanc & wife Terry of Saint Petersburg; David Blanc & wife Missy of Dodson, NC.; 9 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Wednesday, February 16, 2011, 10:00 - 10:30 am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Funeral services will follow at 10:30 am.
