Clara Hill Watts

Clara Hill Watts, age 83, passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021 in Lakeland. Born January 18, 1938 in Bartow she was the daughter of the late Carter Franklin Hill and Ethel (Edge) Hill. Clara worked for Publix Supermarkets in the Deli Department. Mrs. Watts was preceded in death by her first husband Billy Dampier, her second husband, William Watts, and her son, Raymond Eugene Dampier. She is survived by a loving family that includes her children: Frances Mitchell (Randall) of Winter Haven, Judy C. St. John (Doug) of Vero Beach, Linda S. King of Winter Haven, her step sons: Jerry Watts (Sue) of Bartow, Charles Watts (Barbara) of Winter Haven, her brother John Hill (Anita), her sister, Norma young, along with ten grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 6, 2021 from 10am to 11am at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow. Funeral services will immediately follow at 11:00am at the funeral home.
