Christine Sommers

Lithia - Christine Sommers, age 83, passed away Monday, April 15, 2019 at her residence in Lithia. Born May 22, 1935 in Lacoochie, FL, Mrs. Sommers was formerly a longtime resident of Bartow. She in the banking industy for many years, serving with Peoples Bank of Lakeland. She attended the Bartow Church of God. She was preceded in death by four sisters: Juanita, Geneva, Claudine & Wilda and brother Harrell. She was survived by a loving family including a son: Steven Williams & wife Denese of Lithia, two sisters: Naomi & Mary.; two grandchildren: David Williams, Wesley Chapel & Daniel Williams (Stephanie), Valrico; two great grandchildren: Syrianna Williams & Levi Williams, Valrico. Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, April 27, 2019, at 11:00 AM at Wildwood Cemetery, Bartow.
