Christine B Kemp

Christine Kemp 92 of Bartow passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at her residence in Bartow from natural causes. A native of Laurens County, Georgia she moved to Polk County 70 years ago from there. She retired as a Dietician from the Rohr Home in Bartow after many years of service and was a member of the Bartow Wildwood Baptist Church. Christine was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be dearly missed.  She is survived by two daughters Mary Lee Rennolds of Bartow and Shirley Sweeney of Richmond, VA. Three grandchildren Zonda Donaldson of Hendry County FL, Taylor Rennolds of Hillsborough County FL and Neil Carroll of Richmond, VA. Five great grandchildren Melody Donaldson and Ziva Donaldson both of Hendry County, FL. Raven Rennolds and Taylor Blade Rennolds both of Hillsborough County, FL and Nathaniel Thomas Carroll of Richmond, VA. A visitation will be held on Monday, Feb. 17th from 6-8pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home at 650 East Main Street in Bartow, FL 33830. Burial services will be held at Dublin Memorial Gardens in Dublin, GA later in the week.
