Bartow - Charles Walker , age 80, passed away December 8, 2023, at The Palms Nursing and Rehab at Winter Haven. He was born January 30, 1943, in NC . He was a proud Veteran. He worked in Road Construction for Polk County. He enjoyed fishing, riding on his golf cart and spending time with his family. He is survived by a loving family that includes his wife Charlotte Walker, son Charles Walker Jr., (Anne), daughter Caren Bone (Rick), grandchildren Amy Messer (Dawson), Colton Bone (Hannah) & Gracie Bone, sister Kaye Peele and many nieces & nephews.
