Charles Sawyer

Charles S. Sawyer, age 59, of Bartow, Fla., died Saturday, June 23, 2007, at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa. A longtime resident of Tampa, Mr. Sawyer has been a resident of Bartow for over 10 yrs. moving from Brandon. He was a former warehouse manager for Mobil Chemical Co. for over 15 yrs. He was an Air Force veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife Sally Sawyer, Bartow; Daughter: Bettina Sawyer of Vero Beach; Son: Brian Sawyer of Bartow; Three Sisters: Diane and husband Malcolm Wilson of Bartow; Charlotte and husband Harold Tawzer of Tampa; and Sandra Fowler of Lithia, Fla. 2 Grandchildren. Services and interment will be held Monday, July 9, 2007 at 11:00 AM in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
