Charles Creech

Charles Creech, age 64, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2011 from respiratory failure. Born December 7, 1946 in Geneva, AL, he was the son of the late Togie and Lenner Creech. Mr. Creech was a longtime resident of Bartow and member of the Christian Home Freewill Baptist Church. He also worked for Mid Florida Lumber for many years. Mr. Creech is survived by a loving family that includes his wife of 45 years, Linda Creech, two children; Mike Creech and wife Dawn of Bartow, Rhonda Creech Bennett of Bartow, brother William Creech of Bartow, and three sisters; Karengail Carter, Sara Brooks, Shirley Henson all of Alabama. He also leaves behind his grandchildren; Adam Creech, Kaitlyn Creech, Kyle Creech, Lexie Bennett, and Gage Bennett. The family will receive friends Tues. November 1st from 6PM to 8PM at the Christian Home Freewill Baptist Church, 1125 US Highway 17 South in Bartow. Funeral services will follow Wed. November 2nd at 11:00AM at the church.
