Charles Butler

Lakeland - Charles Butler, age 87, passed away May 30, 2023, at Lakeland Regional Health and Medical Center. He was born on February 22, 1936, in Barnwell, SC. He was a Truck driver. He enjoyed listening to oldies music, watching westerns and gadgets. He was preceded in death by his son Derek Butler and brothers Solomon, Kenny, Aaron, and Bobby. He is survived by a loving family that includes his wife Sheila Butler of Lakeland, daughters Denise Butler-Belle of Lakeland, Cheryl Tricoli (Danny) of Jersey City, NJ, Linda Armstrong of Jacksonville & Melissa Butler- Cumberland (Richard) of Long Island, NY, sons Johnathan Butler (Melissa) of West Orange , NJ, Marcus Butler of Lakeland & Michael Butler of Jersey City, NJ, 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, brother Perry Butler of Jersey City, NJ and sister Peggy Butler of Jersey City, NJ.
