Charlene Hanson Brockman

Charlene Hanson Brockman, age 63, passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021 in Winter Haven. Born November 14, 1958 in Nashville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Carl Olie Hanson and Macon Lee (Bain) Hanson. Charlene worked for Lake Ashton as a landscaper for many years. She was a member of the Full Gospel Fellowship of Wahneta. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Carl K. Brockman and five siblings. She is survived by a loving family that includes her children: Kenny Smith, Adam Smith (Diana) and John Smith (Christie) all of Baxley, GA. She also leaves behind three sisters: Teresa Johnson, Carlene Hanson, Deborah Barker (Dale), thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 23rd from 10am to 11am at the Full Gospel Fellowship of Wahneta. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am at the church. Interment will follow at the Church of Christ Cemetery in Eagle Lake, where Charlene will be laid to rest next to her husband Carl. Also, a note that the church does require face coverings for all that are going to attend.
