Cathy Rhoden

Bartow- Cathy Rhoden, age 72, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022 in Bartow. Born January 24, 1950 in Lodi, CA, she was the daughter of the late Herschel Flanders and Edna (Brasseal) Flanders. Mrs. Rhoden was the Executive Director for the Church Service Center in Bartow for many years. She was a member of Genesis Assembly of God in Highland City. She is survived by a loving family that includes her husband of 51 years, Carl Rhoden of Bartow, her daughters: Angela Roberts (Kenny) of Valrico, Melinda Zedekar (Michael) of Lakeland, adopted daughter Marlene Weatherford of Lakeland, her sisters: Sydnia Williams (James) of Old Town, Jeanette Martin (Gene) of Bartow, four grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her brother Paul Spillers. She touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed.
