Carroll Homer Parker

Sgt. Carroll H. Parker: December 16th, 1938 - October 6th, 2022 Carroll went to be with the Lord on Thursday October 6th, 2022. Carroll was married to and is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Ki Cha Parker. Carroll and Ki Cha settled in Bartow FL in 1965, where they raised their family, including a son Luther “LC” Parker and 2 daughters: Mary Bass (Dave) and Selina Scott. While taking into the family a “son” Rom (Yu) Chanthalangsy. He will be remembered as a caring, devoted PAPA to his 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren with one on the way. Carroll retired from warehouse work in the phosphate industry. He is proceeded in death by his parents. Homer and Hazel Parker along with 3 sisters. He is survived by 1 brother, Douglas Parker. Services to be held at Whidden-Mclean Funeral Home. Viewing Wednesday October 12th, 2022, from 6-8pm. Funeral will be Thursday October 13th, 2022, at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow at 9:30am, with a graveside service to immediately follow at Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow.
