Carol Ann Taylor

Winter Haven - Carol Ann Taylor, age 74, passed away Monday, September 27, 2021 at Winter Haven Hospital. Born August 1, 1947 to Edwin & Eunice Green Trowell in Manhattan, NY, Carol was a resident of Winter Haven for 4 years, moving from Bartow where she resided most of her life. She was a clerical and customer service representative in Polk County government for over 5 years, and with The State of Florida Children and Families and the State of Florida Department of Citrus for 22 years She was a member of the Bartow First Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Rayborn Taylor. She was survived by her loving family including two sons: Stacey Taylor of Winter Haven and Scott Taylor & wife Katie of Bartow, and two grandchildren: Marley & Quynn Taylor also of Bartow. The family will receive friends Monday, October 4, 2021 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Interment will be next to her husband, Rayborn at Bartow Wildwood Cemetery.
