Carol Miley Tate

Carol Miley Tate, age 64, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2026. She was born July 19, 1961 in Adel, GA. Carol was a Gauge Technician for Ametek. She was a member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Meade. Carol loved gardening and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband Greg Tate, three sons Rick Knowles (Jennifer), Andy Kaiser (Michelle) and Nicholas "Bud" Tate, two daughters Tammy Link (Chris) and Cheryl Harris (Eric). Her parents James L. & Mary Frances Miley, Sr., three sisters Lorrie Hoover (Jay), Patricia Turner (Anthony) and Jennifer Crews (Scott), brother James L Miley, II (Shawn), six grandchildren Emily Durrance (Logan), Britney Knowles, Abigail Link, Adam Link, Ethan Harris and Amelia Harris, six great grandchildren Luke, Brody, Brayden, Everly, Easton and Baker, five nieces and six nephews. Family will receive friends Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at McLean Funeral Home in Fort Meade, FL. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am Saturday, March 28, 2026, at McLean Funeral Home in Fort Meade, FL. Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Meade, FL.
