Carl Travis Martin, Jr.

Carl Travis Martin, Jr., age 56, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016 in Bartow. Born August 15, 1959 in Arcadia, he was the son of the late Carl Travis Martin, Sr. and Hilda Wise of Bartow. Mr. Martin was an electrician for many years. He is survived by a loving family that includes his daughter, Jessica Martin of Doniphan, MO, his mother Hilda Wise of Bartow, his siblings: W.J. Martin (Lisa) of Winter Haven, Gary Martin of Bartow, Sandra Caraway (Richard) of Bartow, and Brenda Humphreys (Joel) of Lake Placid. He also leaves behind his grandchildren: Allen Martin, Haley Martin, Elexa McCoy, Dawson McCoy and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at 4:00pm at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home in Bartow.
