Buddy Stokes

Buddy Stokes, age 68, passed away from heart failure Saturday, September 8, 2012 in Saint Petersburg. Mr. Stokes was born on March 20, 1944 in Lakeland. He worked for many years in the retail tire industry. Mr. Stokes was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving in the Vietnam War. He is survived by two sons; Trey Stokes of Dunedin, Glen Stokes of Largo, brother, Rev. Thomas Stokes of Tompkinsville, KY, sister, Rhonda Bracey of Fort Worth, TX, grandchildren; Chrissy, Misty, Aaron, and great grandson, Matt. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 13th from 5PM to 7PM at McLean Funeral Home in Fort Meade. Funeral services will follow Friday, September 14th at 2:00PM at funeral home chapel.
