Brooks B. "Sonny" Register

Bartow - Brooks B. "Sonny" Register III, age 80, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2016 at his home in Bartow. Born October 24, 1935 in Bartow, Mr. Register was a lifelong resident of the Bartow and Alturas area. He was an appraiser for the Polk County Property Appraiser's office for many years. He was a member of the Florida National Guard and formerly with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He is survived by a son: Michael Register (Jennifer) of Bartow; a daughter: Dee Hazen (Kevin) of Lakeland; a brother: John Lee Register of Crystal River; 6 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren.
