Brad Murphy

Mr. Brad Murphy, age 33, died Wednesday, June 2, 2010. Mr. Murphy was born on May 26, 1977 in Lakeland. He was a electrician by trade. Mr. Murphy was an avid Gator fan, sportsman, golfer, and fisherman. He also enjoyed playing the guitar. Mr. Murphy is survived by his mother, Brenda (Lightsey) Hennenfent and husband Joseph of Tallahassee, his father Ralph Murphy and wife Jackie of Lakeland, his two brothers; Michael Blake Murphy and Charles Scott Murphy both of Lakeland. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces. Arrangements are being handled by Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 East Main Street in Bartow where the family will receive friends Sunday, June 6th from 4pm to 6pm. Funeral services will follow Monday, June 7th at 11:00am at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Wildwood Cemetery in Bartow.
