Bonnie Edwards Lovering

Bonnie Edwards Lovering, age 79, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023. She was born June 6, 1944 in Onset Bay, MA to Jim Bob & Mary Edwards. Bonnie worked for Polk County Schools in the Finance Department. She was a member of Medulla Baptist Church in Lakeland. She was preceded in death by her husband George H. Lovering, Sr. and daughter Wendy Hancock. She is survived by her son Howard Lovering & wife Brenda of Bartow, two sisters Diane Boswell & husband Johnny of Lakeland and Karen Newman of Columbus, GA, brother David Edwards of Mauck, GA, three grandchildren Graci Lovering, Carter Hancock, Kendal Hancock, son-in-law Marcus Hancock of Lakeland and cousin Montie Gresham of Portersville, GA. Family will receive friends Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Medulla Baptist Church, 3930 Old Road 37 in Lakeland, FL. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Medulla Baptist Church. Burial will be at Fitzgerald Cemetery in Lakeland, FL.
